Information we process

We process shared sign-in identifiers, account details, saved projects, character direction, uploads, generated media, credit and subscription records, connection grants and the information you submit in forms. Support requests are stored for up to 90 days unless further retention is needed to handle an active request or a legal obligation. Newsletter signups require email confirmation; unconfirmed requests expire. We do not require newsletter signup to use the studio.

Why and where it is used

We use this information to provide requested features, maintain security, handle support and billing, and send updates you choose. WorkOS handles shared identity; Stripe handles payment details. Selected generation and language-model providers receive the prompts, media and context needed for your request. If you include context with Bento, selected reference previews may be sent to its model provider. An approved publishing export sends the chosen caption and media to your connected Postiz service. These services may process data outside your country under their own applicable safeguards and policies.

Private work and connected access

Your library is private to your account unless you deliberately export or share it. Credentials remain on the server and are not included in public pages or agent prompts. Connection permissions are scoped and revocable. We do not claim that third-party providers never retain requests or use them for improvement: check the selected service's policy before sending sensitive material.

Storage and your choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure. Browser storage remembers language and draft recovery; no advertising or analytics cookies are added by these pages. Saved studio data remains while needed for your account, subject to storage limits, deletion requests, security and legal obligations. Newsletter messages contain an unsubscribe link. Contact us to exercise applicable rights, revoke a connection in the studio, or raise a concern with the relevant supervisory authority. We do not knowingly offer the studio to children under 18.
