Who provides the service
BentoGram is operated by Djasha Tech FZE as part of the BotBento family. These terms cover the BentoGram website and studio. Contact gram@botbento.com with service or legal questions. Updated 22 October 2026.
Your account and work
Use accurate account details and keep access secure. You must have authority to use every uploaded file, likeness, voice and brand asset. You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs and grant the permissions needed to store, process and deliver your requested work. Output rights and restrictions also depend on the selected provider's terms and applicable law.
Content and publishing
Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement. Obtain required consent for real people and voices. Review accuracy and platform rules before publishing, and disclose synthetic content where required. We may restrict requests or accounts that violate these rules.
Generation, credits and purchases
AI results may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. No particular output, identity consistency or commercial result is guaranteed. Review the displayed charge before submitting. Credits are studio quota units; they are separate from third-party subscriptions and are not cash. Where subscriptions are offered, the checkout states the amount, renewal and cancellation terms. Cancellation stops future renewal under the displayed plan. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Connected services and agents
Third-party providers and connected Postiz accounts have their own terms, pricing, availability and policies. Grant only the access you want a bot or agent to use, and revoke it in Connections when no longer needed. We do not promise that a vendor's website features, unlimited offers or subscription benefits are available through its API. Uncertain submissions require reconciliation before another attempt.
Private beta, changes and responsibility
Features and limits may change during private beta. Keep copies of work you need. Use reasonable care when relying on generated content or connected services. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish material service-term changes on this page and use account notices where appropriate. For account closure or a dispute, contact the team first so we can investigate.
